May 23, 2017—Salt Lake City, UT. Newmark Grubb ACRES (NGA) is pleased to announce the lease of 61,329 SF to Sorenson Media at Thanksgiving Station 5. The lease will commence next year as the building is currently under construction. Located at 2300 N Ashton Boulevard in Lehi, the state-of-the-art building will serve as Sorenson’s new headquarters.
