2016 Entrepreneur of the Year is… a Northern Utah Tech guy…

Pretty big deal when a CEO (Aaron Skonnard) of a tech company (Pluralsight) based in Davis County gets these kinds of accolades.  Props to Aaron and everyone @ Pluralsight.  What a great company.  Their desire to create office space that is second-to-none has provided them with a powerful marketing and talent retention tool.

They seemingly agree with Warren Buffet when he suggested, “If you want to improve your top and bottom-line, start with your culture and the value you place on your employees and everyone else associated with what it is your company does.”  As a result of their emphasis on culture, if you ever visit Pluralsight, you’ll find they spare no expense in creating a progressive, comfortable, hip space that rivals anything in Utah (including Salt Lake City- south) and even the western United States.
