Executive Vice President
Chris Falk is an Executive Vice President with Mountain West Commercial Real Estate (MWCRE) in Clearfield, Utah. As a commercial real estate broker specializing in office, industrial and investment properties across Northern Utah, Chris has completed more than 800 transactions totaling over $1 billion in value. Born and raised locally, he possesses a deep understanding of the region’s economic landscape, growth patterns and long-term business potential.
Throughout his career, Chris has represented a wide range of corporate, institutional and regional clients across Utah’s commercial real estate market. He has worked with companies including Boeing, HCA Healthcare, Intermountain Health, JP Morgan Chase & Co., Pluralsight, The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, the United States Air Force, Weber State University and Wells Fargo. Among his notable transactions, Chris secured 350,000 square feet in a build-to-suit lease for Pluralsight’s world headquarters in Draper, Utah—the largest office lease in the state at the time.
His experience spans tenant and landlord representation, site selection, build-to-suit development, and investment advisory services. Chris focuses on aligning real estate strategy with long-term business objectives, ensuring that each transaction supports growth, efficiency and measurable value.
In 2024, Chris and his business partner, Braxton Willie, joined Mountain West Commercial Real Estate to expand the firm’s presence in Northern Utah. Together, they opened and anchor the firm’s northern office, serving clients throughout Davis County, Weber County and the surrounding markets. Their work continues to strengthen MWCRE’s regional footprint while delivering institutional-level expertise to local and national clients.
Chris believes that staying ahead of market trends and emerging technologies is essential to providing informed commercial real estate advisory services. He holds the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation and is a member of the Society of Industrial and Office REALTORS® (SIOR), placing him among a select group of commercial real estate professionals who have achieved both credentials.
He previously served as Utah SIOR President and was awarded the 2023 CCIM Utah Office Broker of the Year. Chris has also been recognized by Utah Business Magazine as one of the state’s “40 Under 40 Professionals,” reflecting both professional achievement and leadership within the industry.
Outside of commercial real estate, Chris is deeply committed to family and community. He and his wife Michelle enjoy everything Utah has to offer while raising their three children. Whether coaching youth athletics or supporting local events, Chris values active involvement in the community he serves professionally.
He also serves as Co-Chairperson of the Team Mason Foundation, a nonprofit organization dedicated to assisting children battling cancer and their families throughout treatment. The Foundation works closely with Primary Children’s Hospital and supports approximately 45 to 80 families each year, providing practical and meaningful assistance during challenging times.
